Freshness Guarantee
All cookies are made to order. We bake fresh daily using high-quality ingredients, with no preservatives. Cookies are best enjoyed within a few days of delivery or can be frozen to maintain freshness.

Order Processing
We bake and ship the same day your order is received, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or after baking has started will ship the next business day.

Refunds & Replacements
Because our cookies are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Allergen Notice
Our cookies are made in a facility that handles dairy, wheat, soy, eggs, and nuts. While we offer nut-free options, cross-contact is possible. We do not guarantee allergen-free products.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled shortly after being placed. Once baking begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping Information

We bake and ship all orders the same day to lock in freshness and flavor.
